Your order is extremely important to us. Robofy ("website", "site", "mobile app", "app", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your right to cancel services at any given point in time.
We would never like to lose you as a customer. However, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any given point in time where necessary.
Cancellation by Robofy
We may cancel your order in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to serve you the products you have purchased, in which case we will cancel your subscription and refund all outstanding dues.
- We find any discrepancy in the process.
- We find any misuse of our system.
- We find use of pornographic, abusive, or illegal content or activities performed through your account.
You will be informed about any cancelled orders via SMS or email.
Cancellation by User
If a product does not work the way it should and cannot easily be fixed, you are entitled to a refund. This includes situations where the product has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing it had you known about it beforehand.
However, cancellation will not be processed in the following cases:
- You have already downloaded the source code.
- You do not want it after downloading it.
- You simply change your mind.
- You purchased an item by mistake.
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
All cancellation queries should be addressed to hi@robofy.ai. Cancellation and subsequent refunds may take up to 15 days. In case of any refunds, the money will be refunded via NEFT mode only.
Refund Policy
We value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide the best experience with Robofy AI Chatbot. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
One-Time Fee and Refunds
One-time end product fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe your payment was charged in error, you can provide written notice to our Customer Support and request a cancellation. To initiate the refund process, please email us at hi@robofy.ai within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Before purchasing Robofy, we recommend reviewing our refund policy. Once you have made a purchase, the payment is generally non-refundable. However, with our 14-day refund guarantee, you have the opportunity to request a refund within the specified timeframe. Please note that this policy is in place due to the nature of our chatbot, which involves crawling websites and utilising the services of OpenAI.
We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate Robofy's features and specifications, and reach out to our customer support team with any questions before making a purchase.
Subscription Fee and Refunds
You have the flexibility to stop and cancel your subscription services at any time. If you decide to cancel, the cancellation will take effect immediately upon your request. However, the cancellation of the subscription fee will be effective starting from the next renewal period. In other words, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the period for which you have already made payment.
To ensure a smooth cancellation process and avoid any future charges, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 7 business days before the expiration of the current subscription period.
Resolving Disputes
If you find yourself in a situation where you and Robofy cannot reach an agreement regarding a refund, you have the option to raise a dispute and request an investigation. We will carefully consider all available information and make a decision based on the merits of the case. Please understand that our decision regarding refunds is final.
